Layer Zero Integration LLC — Delaware solutions provider
A Delaware solutions provider. We design, build, and operate our own ventures — starting with the groundwork everything else depends on.
Get in touch View servicesGroundwork before growth. Systems before scale.
"Layer zero" is our shorthand for everything beneath a product — the entity structure, operations, and working relationships that determine whether it can endure. We put that groundwork in place deliberately for every venture we operate, so what's visible to the customer rests on something solid.
Groundwork, for hire.
Alongside our own ventures, Layer Zero Integration takes on a limited number of client engagements — applying the same discipline we use on our own companies to yours.
Systems Integration
The tools, data, and operations your business already runs on, connected into one coherent system — so the pieces that matter stop being held together by hand.
Operating Buildout
Entity setup, governance, documented processes, and vendor relationships — the groundwork a venture needs before it grows, put in place deliberately and on paper.
Product Development
Consumer-facing software taken from first definition to a running product — scoped honestly, built to be maintained, and documented as it goes.
Starting from nothing? ZeroScale stands a new business up end to end — entity, tax ID, banking, email, website.

How we build
Groundwork
Entity, governance, and operating structure established before the first line of product is written. Ventures are built to withstand scrutiny from day one.
Integration
Products, partners, and operations connected into one coherent system — no duct tape between the pieces that matter.
Endurance
We optimize for ventures that compound: documented decisions, verified numbers, and systems that outlast their first version.
Lumin
Our first consumer product is currently in development. Details will be announced here.
Groundwork for others
Layer Zero Integration does the work underneath — the systems nobody notices until they are gone. For a family living with dementia or with ALS, someone is doing that same work, every day, and it is invisible when it is done well.
Each year we donate to two dementia organizations and two ALS organizations. We publish what we gave and when, and we link to the people who know more about it than we do.
