← Layer Zero Integration

Everything but the idea.

Formation, tax ID, banking, domain, authenticated email, website, and the paper underneath it. Not a filing service — a company that exists, can be paid, and can be handed to someone else.

ZeroScale is the done-for-you business set-up service from Layer Zero Integration LLC, working with founders in Medina, Ohio and across the United States. Company formation, federal EIN, business banking, domain, authenticated business email and a working website — delivered as one job, at a flat price, with third-party fees passed through at cost.

We ran this on ourselves first. Layer Zero Integration was stood up end to end in six weeks — Delaware entity, EIN, business banking, custom domain, email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC verified, and a hardened site. Every step below is one we have executed, not one we read about.

The part nobody mentions

Most new businesses send unauthenticated email for years. Invoices land in spam, and anyone can send mail that appears to come from your domain. It is invisible until it costs you a payment or a client. We publish and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every build — we found and closed our own gap the same evening we discovered it. Almost no set-up service touches this.

What this is not

How it works

01

We talk

One conversation about what the business does, where you want to form it, and what you already have. No obligation and no charge.

02

You approve a scope

A written scope and a flat price, with every third-party fee listed separately at cost. Nothing starts until you say yes.

03

We build it

Formation, EIN, banking, domain, email authentication, website, brand. You are asked for signatures and identity checks only where the law requires you personally.

04

You get the keys

Every document, ID number, login location and renewal date, handed over in one organized folder. It is your business, not ours.

What the state actually charges

Our fee is our fee. Government and vendor charges are separate and passed through at cost, never marked up. These are the real numbers for the two states we are asked about most:

Form the company (one-time state filing)$99$110
Annual report to the stateNot required
Annual franchise taxNone for LLCs$300 minimum
Statutory / registered agent, per year$0–300$0–300

Who this is for

A good fit

First-time founders who want the whole set-up handled once, properly. People who have been trading informally and need the company to actually exist. Anyone who has been quoted separately by a lawyer, a web designer and an IT contractor and would rather buy it as one job. Businesses that need to look credible to a bank, a landlord or a first client.

Not a good fit

Anyone who only wants the cheapest possible filing — the $0 services do that well and we do not compete on it. Businesses needing ongoing legal or tax advice, which belongs with an attorney and a CPA. Companies wanting a marketing agency; we build the working set-up, not campaigns.

Common questions

How long does the whole set-up take?
Formation is usually approved within a few business days, and the federal EIN follows immediately after. The website, email authentication and document handover typically complete inside two to three weeks from approval. Bank account opening depends on the bank’s own underwriting and is the one step nobody can put a date on.
Do I have to form in Ohio?
No. We form wherever suits the business. Ohio is straightforward and has no annual report; Delaware is common for companies expecting outside investment but carries a $300 minimum franchise tax every year. We will tell you plainly which one fits, and we do not earn more either way.
What is email authentication and why does it matter?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC are DNS records that prove your email genuinely comes from your domain. Without them your invoices land in spam and anyone can send mail that appears to be from you. Most small businesses run for years without them and never find out. We publish and verify all three on every build — it is included, not an upsell.
Is this legal advice?
No. We prepare and file documents; we do not advise on the law. Operating agreements are drafted for your attorney to review, and entity election and tax strategy belong with a CPA. We will say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
Can you guarantee my bank account will be approved?
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. Bank approval is the bank’s decision and rests on their underwriting. What we can do is make sure the application is complete, consistent and supported by the right documents, which is where most first attempts fall down.
What if I already have some of this?
Then you do not pay for it twice. If the company already exists, or you own the domain, or the email is running, we scope around what is there and the price comes down accordingly.
Do you mark up the government fees?
Never. State filing, agent, domain and mailbox charges are passed through at cost and itemised separately from our fee. It keeps the quote honest and it makes our fee legible as a fee.
Who owns everything at the end?
You do — entirely. Every account is created in the business’s name on the business’s own email, never under a personal login and never under ours. You receive every credential location, renewal date and document. We can walk away and nothing breaks.
Do you work with businesses outside Ohio?
Yes. The work is done remotely and we form companies in any state. Being based in Medina, Ohio simply means Ohio and northeast Ohio founders can meet us if they want to.
What happens after the handover?
Nothing is required — the business is yours and runs without us. If you would rather not track renewals, DMARC reports and website edits yourself, the care plan covers it monthly. It is optional and you can stop it whenever you like.
